What is uSurv?
uSurv is a UK proptech company building AI tools that give buyers, renters, homeowners, and agents better information at the moments that matter most.
We started with homeSurvey, the UK’s first AI home condition app, because the traditional survey process is slow, expensive, and happens too late. Buyers routinely commit thousands in legal and survey fees only to discover problems that change the deal entirely.
That same pattern, decisions made with too little information, runs through every part of the property market. So we are building a platform of tools that fix it: from spotting condition issues during a viewing, to benchmarking listings against real market data, to scoping renovation work before you call a builder.

Our story
uSurv was founded in 2025 by a team that has spent years inside the UK property and construction industry, watching the same problems repeat. Buyers rushing through 15-minute viewings. Renters with no leverage when something goes wrong. Homeowners getting renovation quotes that vary by tens of thousands with no way to sense-check them.
We built uSurv because the technology to fix this now exists, and nobody was applying it properly to UK housing. Our first app launched in summer 2025. More tools are on the way.
