Our story
We built usurv.ai because we believed there had to be a smarter way.
After experiencing the stress and uncertainty of buying homes ourselves, rushing through 15-minute viewings, second-guessing defects, and paying for late-stage surveys, we knew the process was broken. With advances in computer vision and AI, it no longer made sense for buyers to stay in the dark until it was too late.
So, a team of UK property experts and computer scientists came together to change the process.
The idea was simple: use AI to analyse property photos and flag potential issues, instantly, reliably, and accessibly.
